Your privacy matters to us. At PluginInja, we operate on a few core principles:

• We do not store personal information on our servers beyond what is strictly needed.

Important: This privacy policy applies only when using our built-in app to authenticate the Ninja Drive plugin with your Google Drive account. If you configure the plugin using your own Google OAuth app, this policy does not apply — all data and communication is then managed directly by your own server.

This Privacy Policy describes how PluginInja (“Application”) and the Ninja Drive — Google Drive Integration WordPress Plugin (“Plugin”) collects, uses, and handles information from users of the Plugin and all related services.

2. The Rights of Users and Data Subjects

With regard to the data processing described below, users and data subjects have the right:

• To correct or complete inaccurate or incomplete data (Art. 16 GDPR);
• To request deletion of their data (Art. 17 GDPR) or, where deletion is not possible, to restrict its processing (Art. 18 GDPR);

3. Information About the Data

Server Data

We may automatically collect the following technical data from your browser during use:

• Browser type and version
• Operating system
• Date and time of access
• IP address
• Short-lived OAuth authorization code

This data is retained briefly to ensure the stability and security of our service and is deleted within seven days unless required for investigative purposes (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Plugin Authorization Flow (OAuth)

When you authenticate the Ninja Drive plugin using our built-in app, the following information is exchanged:

• Your WordPress website URL
• A short-lived OAuth authorization code

This code is exchanged server-side for an access token and refresh token, which are stored securely on your own WordPress installation. PluginInja does not store or have access to these tokens.

Important: After the initial OAuth flow, all communication happens directly between your server and Google APIs. PluginInja never accesses or stores your Google Drive files or metadata.

Google Permissions

When you connect Ninja Drive to your Google Drive account, the plugin uses the following permission scope:

• Google Drive API: Read and write access to your Google Drive for file integration and sync.
• Scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive

Third-Party Access

We do not share your data with third parties, except:

• When required by law
• When necessary to protect rights, safety, or investigate fraud

Data Access Disclosures

• Google Drive: The plugin requires access to view, create, edit, and delete files within your connected Google Drive.
• OAuth Integration: Uses your site’s URL and a short-lived OAuth code during the authorization flow only.

Data Retention and Deletion

• Retention: Data is only stored as long as necessary for the plugin to function.
• Deletion: You may request deletion of any data we hold by contacting us at support@plugininja.com.

Children

Ninja Drive is not intended for users under the age of 18. If you believe a child has submitted personal data to us, please contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no system can guarantee complete security. Data is encrypted and access is limited to authorized personnel only.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page. Continued use of the plugin following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
